Delivery Time
The delivery time for products in stock is 2 to 4 working days.
We inform you of the standard delivery date on the information page of each product sheet as well as when choosing the carrier on our website.
Please note that if you change the size or part number of your original order after you have validated and paid for it, the delivery date originally indicated in your purchase and in your account will no longer be valid. In this case, our customer service team will reassess the delivery date once your change request has been considered. It is important to emphasize that we cannot guarantee delivery on the date associated with your first choice of jewelry, as any changes in reference or size may result in additional delay in the manufacturing and delivery process.
If, despite our efforts, we are unable to deliver a product to you, we will inform you promptly by e-mail and/or telephone.
Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France, Corsica and the French Overseas Departments and Territories.
Custom-made products
If you order a custom-made ring that is not available in stock, the manufacturing and delivery time varies between 4 and 6 weeks maximum. You will find the specific delivery time for each product on its product sheet. We are working to reduce this time, which is already exceptional for custom manufacturing.
Delivery Terms
When you receive your package, know that it is insured at the value of the jewel. Our certified carrier will hand over the package to you, against signature, to ensure the safety of your order. Also, rest assured that no visible mention of the brand or product will appear on the packaging, thus preserving the confidentiality of your purchase.
Free Shipping
Delivery is completely free in France, including Corsica and the French Overseas Departments and Territories. For deliveries to other countries, additional delivery costs may be calculated and specified at the time of placing your order. Click & Collect Pickup
To make your shopping experience easier, we also offer the Click & Collect service in one of our stores. You can pick up your order directly from our stores, by appointment only, from Tuesday to Saturday. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a date and time for the pickup.
