Its rich and tasty flour is used in many dishes of the local cuisine and its wood is used to create furniture and church doors. Its majestic and robust silhouette can be seen in the four corners of the island, making the tree an emblematic symbol. Maria Battaglia reinterprets the chestnut leaf, the ultimate lucky charm and Corsican symbol. She imagines it in the form of a necklace and a double ring in 18-carat yellow gold set with diamonds. The two leaves thus united represent the love between two beings. They are the sign of pure and eternal feelings.
